Chef Tuba Ardic will teach you how we combine Norwegian local products with Mediterranean food culture. Meet with one of the family members and learn about the process of growing and fermenting fruit for cider or brandy and taste samples of cider.

Wednesdays at 12.00 AM at the Cider House. Duration: Approx 1 hour cooking + 30 min cider program + tasting. Minimum number of participants: 2. We provide the necessary equipment and an apron. Please contact us for group booking on other days.
